In the course of researching and publishing Roots of Despair, it is possible that we failed to convey a fact correctly, or made some other error.  In the interests of accuracy and fairness, we want to use this page as an adjunct to the book.   We invite you to make us aware of anything that would fall under this general category.  After researching, if we find it correct, we will publish it here.
